Behaviors Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians are at the heart of ABA therapy. Here at SAS, we encourage all of our techs to obtain RBT credentialing. Techs provide 1-on-1 therapy sessions. The technicians help teach everything from potty-training, to learning to communicate, and speak their thoughts and emotions. They also help with functional academics and job skills. We use techniques in ABA therapy such as Discrete Trial Teaching, Naturalistic Environment Training, and Token Economy systems to help clients develop invaluable skills.
